Empty your mind to feed your soul, then watch you don’t fill it with trash!!

It is far easier to bring about changes from the subconscious into conscious behaviour than it is to make conscious decisions about desired behaviour and have those behaviours manifest from the subconscious.

A bit of a mouthful, but all it means is that, by learning to tap into your subconscious, you can get to use a far greater proportion of your mind automatically. In effect, you can re-programme your mind to make any changes you wish for your transformation and personal growth.

The subconscious mind stores all our life memories; and anything and everything we have experienced through our senses is located here in an organised fashion. As we relax from the stresses of everyday life, using these stressors as catalysts, the door of the subconscious opens and we are given access to work freely with this most powerful part of the mind.

In our normal waking state, the conscious mind is dominant and the subconscious is secondary. When chatting with one another, working out a mathematical problem, or deciding on a purchase, we are working with our conscious mind. However, when engrossed in reading a novel, day-dreaming about a recent event, practising relaxation techniques or drifting off, on the edge of sleep, or just coming round waking up, we are functioning from the subconscious.

It is crucially important to understand that any suggestions given to the subconscious mind are perceived as already having been achieved by the conscious mind – so, never, ever, drop off to sleep with the TV still switched on, not unless you want stuff permanently etched in your psyche – you really have no idea what rubbish you could be feeding your mind!
