Be the change you want to see

Ghandi himself said it: that to bring about the change we want to see in the world, we have to be that change.

It’s so easy to look around and notice what’s wrong all the time. It takes real practice to see what’s right!

We are surrounded by negativity, some of us having lived with it for years, but we’re also surrounded by just as much good – the problem is that, over time, we’ve managed to programme ourselves not to see the good anymore, even when it’s there, right in front of us.

We’ve become very skilled at labelling what’s wrong with the world, our lives, our relationships, ourselves and other people.

Negative thinking empowers the problem and it keeps the problem alive. It takes us out of harmony, sabotaging and destroying any chance for real change. The negative energy created has a powerful life of its own……but so does positive energy!

Each day, we can change what we experience by changing our focus and asking, what’s right and what’s good……. about other people, our life, our work, our relationships, our bodies, our thoughts, our feelings, our behaviour, our plans, our intentions, our goals?

So, let’s not focus on the problem anymore – let’s talk about what we can appreciate instead.

Positive energy heals, it conducts love and it transforms everything, enabling us to move from feeling bad to feeling good. Choose positive energy every time and be the change you want to see!
